Cancellation Policy

❌ Cancellation Not Allowed

Once your order status changes to "Processing", cancellation is NOT possible. At this stage, your order is already being prepared for shipment.

✓ When You Can Cancel

You may request cancellation only if your order is still in "Pending" or "Confirmed" status. Contact us immediately at mail@evori.in.

Refund Policy

When Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are ONLY issued for products that arrive damaged or defective.

📹 Video Proof Required

To claim a refund for damaged products, you MUST provide:

  • An unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened
  • The video must show the product's damaged condition immediately upon opening
  • The video must be continuous without any cuts or edits
  • Clear visibility of the shipping label and product

Refund Process

  1. Email us at mail@evori.in with your order number and unboxing video
  2. Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days
  3. If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method
  4. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account

❌ Refunds NOT Issued For

  • Change of mind or wrong product selection
  • Minor variations from product images (as stated, images are for illustration)
  • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery
  • Claims without valid unboxing video proof
  • Products used, worn, or with tags removed

Dispatch Time

Orders are shipped within 7 days of order confirmation.

Delivery Time

Delivery takes up to 2 weeks from shipment date.

Shipping Cost

₹90 flat rate. FREE for orders above ₹799.

Coverage

We ship across India. International shipping not available.
